(Sidenote, I tried to make this as user friendly as possible, ive never made an admin panel before, and in doing so I'm sure that there are bugs and mistakes somewhere in my code. Just be careful with how you update things. Make sure to NEVER give admin panel access to a non-admin. Oh yeah, also you can't upload PNG files. Dunno why. Good Luck!)
